Foundation Mate Kitchen

Foundation Mate Kitchen is non-profit organisation established in September 2019. Our main goal is dedicated to addressing challenges in grocery shopping, food storage, meal preparation, and extending the shelf life of food at home.
We developed a Weekly Menu to offer practical solutions for those who want to plan and prepare their meals with ease. A lot of households discard food unnecessarily. This issue is compounded by unplanned shopping habits and a lack of understanding of key food labeling terms such as “Best Before” and “Use By”.
